This Thought does not serve me so I’m letting it go and focusing on what is important. What you want next Focus on what can improve your life. This will get your mind moving in a new direction. Concentrate on the solution of the situation not on the problem itself.

At the same time you stop building negative energy that you created from the negative events. That negative energy only attracted more negative situations.

When you begin focusing on the power of positive thinking and focus on what you want you begin shifting that energy and start attracting positive situations to help you create the life you want.

Take note of your thoughts, what are you thinking about regularly? Do these thoughts help you?Are you hanging on to something that doesn’t serve you? Can you focus on something more positive and productive? If so what?

Keep a list and see what you come up with. Then change your thoughts into positive when you think about the negative situation. Track your thoughts. Change thoughts that don’t work for you.
